Joel Simpson, co-founder of Good Sleep Co, brings over 12 years of experience in the sleep disordered breathing industry. He previously founded and led Rise Sleep Health, a leading sleep diagnostics and treatment company, which he exited in 2016. Joel’s expertise includes business development, digital health tools, and medical devices related to sleep apnea. Passionate about connected health solutions, he is dedicated to creating effective treatment pathways for patients and practitioners, guiding Good Sleep Co toward becoming a market leader.
Greg Goodman
Greg Goodman has over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, including leadership roles at Nobel Biocare. As a successful entrepreneur, he founded Pacific Dental Specialties, growing it into a respected and profitable business before selling it to the world’s largest dental company. Holding a Bachelor’s of Accounting and an MBA, Greg combines strategic insight with a customer-focused approach, driving business success through exceptional client service and team leadership.
Alwin Ngai
Director & Operations Leader
Alwin Ngai, a director at Good Sleep Co since 2022, brings extensive experience in delivering high-quality, custom dental appliances. As a former Vice Chairman and COO of Modern Dental Group, he led the growth of dental labs worldwide, managing teams from 5 to 3,000 people. With a background in law and computer science, Alwin entered the dental industry in 2005, becoming a pioneer in digital dentistry. Now, as Founder and CEO of Axon Dental Solutions, he leverages his expertise to drive innovation and optimize lab performance. At Good Sleep Co, Alwin focuses on technology and operational excellence to achieve best-in-class patient outcomes.

Transforming dental sleep medicine with integrated clinical workflows, Good Sleep Co introduced Resdent in 2018, a proprietary software platform that simplifies patient management, custom appliance ordering, and manufacturing integration.
