Individuals can purchase the Hushd Nasal over the counter at Pharmacies and Sleep Clinics who stock it, or via the Good SleepCo. online shop. The package includes everything they need to get started, including instructions on how to fit the device at home.
Before using the device it needs to be adjusted to the individuals nose. Each ‘leg’ of the device is gently inserted into the nostrils, ensuring they rest comfortably within the nasal openings. The overall position is then adjusted so that connecting ‘bridge’ rests against the nasal septum. It’s important to check the device is positioned symmetrically and provides an unobstructed airway. The device can be readjusted for comfort as needed
The device is inserted (to the nose) prior to bedtime and removed upon waking.
